Duties and taxes are on us

We pay the import duties and taxes on every order, in every country we ship to, so there's nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

One exception: for orders shipping to Connecticut, state sales tax is added at checkout.

What you pay at checkout

Before you pay, checkout shows your full total: the price of your shoes plus any shipping. Express shipping is free to the contiguous US, Canada and Europe, including the UK. Shipping to Asia is $20, and to Oceania, Africa and South America $40.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse a parcel because it arrived visibly damaged, we cover every cost. If you refuse a delivery for any other reason, the parcel comes back to us and we treat it as a change-of-mind return: the import duties we paid, the shipping (our cost, or the shipping fee you paid) and the cost of the parcel's trip back to us are deducted from your refund. For deliveries to the EU, EEA or UK, we refund everything you paid for a refused parcel, including delivery, with no deduction. If you want to cancel your purchase, please also tell us clearly (email is easiest).
